St. Joseph's Latin Catholic Metropolitan Cathedral, Palayam

This church, located in Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram district, is a masterpiece of Gothic architecture. Completed in 1873, this church was designed by Father Ildaphonse.

St. George Forane Church

Also known as Aruvithura Church, it is believed to have been founded by Saint Thomas the Apostle. It is located on the banks of the Meenachil River in Aruvithura, Erattupetta, Kottayam district.

St. Francis Church

The first church built by the Portuguese in India. The first European church in India. Established in 1503 in Kochi. One of the oldest churches in Kerala, this is where Vasco da Gama was first buried.

St. Andrew's Church, Arthunkal

It is located in Cherthala, Alappuzha district. The ten-day Arthungal Perunal festival of this temple is very special. The procession of the image of Sebastianos, which is held in connection with the festival, is very famous. The festival is celebrated in the month of January every year. On the tenth day of the festival, the devotees walk on their knees from the beach to the temple and offer a prayer of thanks.

 St. George Forane Syro Malabar Church

Located in Edappally, Ernakulam district, it is the oldest Roman Catholic church in Kerala and is believed to have been built in 594 AD and rebuilt in 1080 AD.

St. Thomas Kodungallur Church

Located in Malyankara, Kodungallur, Thrissur district. This church, founded by Thomas the Apostle in 52 AD, is considered to be the first Christian church in India. This church is under the Syro-Malabar Catholic Church.

St. Mary's Orthodox Syrian Church

An ancient Christian church located in Niranam in Pathanamthitta district. This church, founded by the Apostle Thomas, is located on the banks of the Manimalayar River.

Parumala Church

A Christian church located in Parumala, Pathanamthitta district. This church, which is under the Malankara Orthodox Church, houses the tomb of the great guru of the church, Parumala Thirumeni. The Parumala Festival, which is held every year in the month of November, is world famous. The Shraddha Perunnal of the founder of Parumala Church, Geevarghese Mar Gregorios Thirumeni, is celebrated with special prayers.

St. Thomas Syro Malabar Church

This famous church is also called as Malayattoor Church. It is located in Malayattoor, Ernakulam district. It is the first international pilgrimage center from India to be recognized by the UN. Malayattoor Church was declared an international pilgrimage center in 2004. The Malayattoor Festival, which is held every year in the month of March, is world famous. The 'Malayattoor pilgrimage' during the Malayattoor Festival is world famous. This church is designed in the Indo-Saracenic style.
