Roads and Bridges Development Corporation of Kerala Ltd (RBDCK) is an autonomous body which has been incorporated as a limited company under the Companies Act 1956 on 23 September 1999. RBDCK is a corporation under Public Works Department of Government of Kerala that deals with works under construction of roads, railway over bridge etc. RBDCK is a Public Works Department company that manages major turnkey or BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) infrastructure works like Railway Over Bridges (ROBs) and flyovers, often funded by market borrowing. RBDC mobilises its own fund for its operations.
