Keltron Electro Ceramics Ltd (KECL)

Established in 1974, the company began manufacturing disc ceramic capacitors in 1978. Other products manufactured here include NTC thermistors, metal oxide varistors, piezo components, and ceramic buzzers. The company also manufactures custom-built transducers for the Indian Navy and the Cochin University of Science and Technology. Keltron Electro Ceramics Ltd bagged several defence orders for the production of transducers in under underwater systems. Also developed a testing facility for underwater testing of sensors, which helps in value addition to their products.
